Airport Assistance
Our patient representatives can schedule assistance for you at Bush Intercontinental Airport through the International Medical Visitor Service Center. The Center includes a staffed reception area, a lobby with television and comfortable seating, a children's playroom, restrooms, and refreshments.
Upon your arrival, an airport representative will personally escort you through the customs and immigration process. The Houston Airport System's Special Service Representatives are fluent in 20 languages and are on call 24/7 to assist with baggage claim and transportation.
