Veronica Ortiz, Financial Representative
Born in Mexico, Veronica is a long-time resident of Houston and is fluent in Spanish. She has extensive experience in the medical field and has worked at The Methodist Hospital since 2002. Veronica has been a dedicated part of the International Services team since 2004 and works diligently to assist patients with their insurance needs.
Alba Raudales, Financial Representative
Alba is a native of Honduras and is fluent in Spanish. She has more than 20 years experience in the medical field and has worked at The Methodist Hospital since 1983. Alba is passionate about education and is actively pursuing her Master of Business Administration. She enjoys talking with patients and helping them with the financial process.
Cristina Quiñones, Financial Representative
Christina was born in Weslaco, Texas and grew up in Houston. She is fluent in Spanish and has extensive experience in the medical field. Cristina has been an important member of our financial team since February 2006.
Juan Sosa , Financial Representative
Juan was born in Puebla, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. He has worked in the medical field since 2000 and became part of the Methodist International team in 2005. Juan is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Accounting at Houston Community College.
Maria Serrano, Financial Representative
Maria is Mexican, born in Monterrey Mexico Nuevo Leon and raised in Houston, Texas. She is fluent in both English and Spanish Language. Halima has been part of the International Services team at The Methodist Hospital since 2007.
Riham Leon, Financial Representative
Riham is Egyptian, born in Saudi Arabia and raised in Egypt, She is Fluent in both Arabic and English and currently learning Spanish. Riham has been a part of the International Finance team at The Methodist Hospital since 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Cairo University, Diploma in computerized accounting from Yat institute in Cairo and has also had medical Terminology course.
May Taha, Financial Representative
May was born and raised in Jerusalem and has been living in the USA since 1983. She graduated from Bir Zeit University with a BA degree in Sociology and has been working in the medical field for over 17 years as a medical Insurance billing specialist. May is fluent in both Arabic and English.
