At Methodist, you are not just another patient. Recognition of individual needs and care plans that embrace treatment of the whole person are central to our Leading Medicine vision. When you receive care at Methodist, you become part of our family, and the hospital’s commitment to your health and well-being extends beyond you, to caring for your loved ones for generations to come.
The Methodist Grateful Patient Program allows you to ensure a legacy of health for future generations through gifts that honor the special people who have cared for you. Your contribution of cash, securities or other noncash assets can be designated in honor of a caregiver or someone you hold dear. It can also serve to commemorate the life of a friend, a family member or a special event. Physicians or staff members at Methodist who receive gifts in their names will be recognized within the hospital and presented with a pin honoring their commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care.
Your gift can be specified for Methodist’s highest institutional priorities or any purpose you choose. It may ultimately help save a life, cure a disease, offer education and training opportunities for a physician or nurse, extend a helping hand to those in need, or enhance our ability to provide outstanding patient care.
To honor a physician or staff member, visit our honor and memorial giving page and indicate the name of the individual you would like to honor. To learn more about participating in the Methodist Grateful Patient Program, please call 832-667-5816.
