Sheila Fata, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC
Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer

Sheila earned her Master’s Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and Bachelor’s Degree from University of Texas Health Science Center both of San Antonio, Texas. With over 30 years experience in the nursing profession, Sheila has extensive experience in executive nursing practice and management of hospital operations. She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), the Texas Organization of Nurse Executives (TONE), and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). She has held leadership roles, including President, for a number of years with TONE and The Houston Organization of Nurse Executives (HONE). She is also a member of Texas Nurse’s Association and National Honor Society in Business Administration, Delta Mu Delta.
