Taking shape along Bertner Avenue, this building is about 50 percent complete with a target completion in the summer of 2010. The building will have 438,600 square feet for research activities.

  • Estimated cost: $218 million
  • Will include laboratory space, state of the art imaging equipment and specially-designed operating rooms dedicated to research
