Vendor Access Information
The Methodist Hospital System utilizes VendorClear (www.vendorclear.com) for the registration and credentialing of vendors that wish to access any of The Methodist Hospital´s facilities. Please note that registration in VendorClear and compliance with all of The Methodist Hospital´s vendor requirements is required prior to being provided a vendor access badge.
Direct access to The Methodist Hospital´s vendor requirements is provided on the VendorClear website. VendorClear provides a digital "Read and Accept" feature that each vendor must choose to acknowledge that they have read all of the requirements and agree to accept and comply with all of these requirements. Please note that access cannot be granted to The Methodist Hospital´s facilities until a vendor digitally reads and accepts these requirements and provides all of the required documentation.
With respects to The Methodist Hospital´s insurance requirements for vendors, it is strongly recommended that these requirements be forwarded on to the insurance agent/broker for the vendor´s company for their review and assistance.
