Share the Gift of Life — Donate Blood
The Eileen Murphree McMillin Blood Center at The Methodist Hospital transfuses more than 50,000 blood components each year to support the needs of patients with cancer, blood disorders, and a host of other conditions, as well as those undergoing surgical procedures. When you make a blood donation you give a gift of life with others who depend on your generosity.
One donation can save up to three lives.
The Blood Center is located at 6565 Fannin, on the first floor of Fondren building, F104. It is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m.
Parking reimbursement is provided to blood donors for the time of donation at any Texas Medical Center garage, Smith & Scurlock Towers.

Astros Blood Drive - May 11th in Union Station
Donating one unit of whole blood can save up to three lives! Join The Methodist Hospital's Eileen Murphree McMillin Blood Center and the Houston Astros on Saturday, May 11th at Minute Maid Park for the 7th annual Astros blood drive from 2–7 p.m., 2nd floor in Union Station.
Eligible donors are encouraged to come out to the ball game and share the gift of life by donating blood. With your successful blood donation, you will receive Houston Astros T-shirt!
