Methodist Imaging Center - West Houston is accredited in: Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine (NM), and Ultrasound by the American College of Radiology.
How do I find out whether my insurance will cover this test?
Please contact your insurance company directly to check your benefit details, and ask if the Methodist Imaging Center is part of the company's provider network.
Will I have to miss any work?
As most of our procedures are simple and noninvasive, you will likely be able to return to work immediately after your appointment. However, depending upon your health and the type of examination you will be receiving, there may be exceptions. Your physician will be able to answer any questions you might have about this.
When will my doctor receive my results?
Your referring physician should receive your radiology report within 24 hours.
May I have a copy of my images and report?
Yes. Your radiology images and report will be available on a CD.
