Ensure the safety of our patients and staff by continuously improving the quality of care and the medication management process. A comprehensive medication safety plan and quality measures will lead us to this goal.
2. Clinical Scope
Our ability to have a positive impact on patient outcomes and economic resources will be largely determined by our ability to provide a wide range of innovative clinical practices and educational programs. Clinical studies continue to demonstrate improvements in patient outcomes and cost reduction as a result of expanding clinical pharmacy services.
3. Operational Excellence
Ensuring that the right medication is delivered to the right patient at the right time is a critical core competency of pharmacy services. Continuously improving distribution processes to provide efficient medication delivery will be a major focus for achieving operational excellence. A competent, well trained and satisfied staff will ensure that these processes are successful, and feedback from those we serve will help to ensure that we remain focused on our goals
