Lower Extremities

The ability to walk upright on two legs is central to the human experience. We don´t often think about the complexity or precise degree of coordination required for it until injury or disease compromise the function of our legs, knees, feet or ankles.
Standing at the forefront.
Dr. Ray R. Valdez and the physicians of MOST offer a full range of orthopedic treatment for the lower extremities. Dr. Valdez is one of the few board–certified and fellowship trained foot and ankle specialists in the county. In addition to the treatment of fractures, Dr. Valdez has introduced a number of advanced techniques in ankle arthroscopy, tendon repairs and endoscopic plantar fascia release. Minimally–invasive treatments are employed where possible–as in arthroscopic repair of the ankle–as these methods can provide excellent results with reduced recovery time.
