Patient liaison program
If you have a concern, need or complaint during your stay at Methodist, a representative from our Patient Liaison Program may be able to assist you. These liaisons are familiar with all services offered by the hospital. Your nurse can ask a liaison to visit you upon request, Monday through Friday.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your problem, you may call the Executive Offices at extension 713-790-2221 for referral to the proper executive in charge of your area of concern.
