The Denver Harbor Clinic provides diagnostic, laboratory, radiologic services, prenatal and perinatal services, screenings for breast and cervical cancer, well-child services, immunizations, screenings for elevated blood lead level, communicable disease, cholesterol, voluntary family planning services, and continuity of care and case management. Mental health services include: screenings, assessment and diagnosis; medication therapy and management, and one-on-one and group counseling that may focus on substance abuse issues. Comprehensive dental services are also provided.
