Sports medicine is an approach to treating injuries which utilizes non-operative and minimally invasive techniques to get you back to the highest level of function. In some cases, arthroscopic techniques are used to treat sports related injuries.
Sports medicine is not just for athletes, our practice treats orthopedic injuries in individuals of all ages and professions. Our expert physicians have extensive training and experience in sports medicine, cartilage restoration and reconstructive orthopedic surgery. Many of them serve as team doctors for professional, amateur and local teams in the greater Houston area, and all are fellowship-trained subspecialists.
