Larry Tran, M.D.College: Baylor University 2003, Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience & Biology Dr. Tran specializes in a full range of neurological disorders with a special emphasis in neuromuscular diseases and epilepsy. He has completed a clinical neurophysiology fellowship in electromyography (EMG), nerve conduction studies, and electroencephalography (EEG). While in training, Dr. Tran was awarded Outstanding Intern of the Medicine Clerkship along with service Chief Resident of the Neurology Department at Baylor College of Medicine in 2010. M. Faisal Khan, M.D., D, ABSMCollege:Government College, Lahore, Pakistan 1993 Dr. Khan specializes in a wide range of neurological disorders with a special emphasis on sleep disorders and seizures. He has completed a sleep medicine fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. He remains active in his field and has been published in several peer-reviewed national journals and has collaborated in research studies with colleagues from Harvard and Duke. Most recently, he was Director of the Neurodiagnostic and Sleep Center at Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton. Dr. Khan is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi and his hobbies include sports such as soccer and cricket. He is married with a daughter and two young sons. Eddie L. Patton Jr., M.D.College: Xavier University 1999, Bachelor of Science in Biology; Alabama State University 2001, Master of Science in Biology Dr. Patton is interested in the full range of neurological specialties. He specializes in neuromuscular diseases for which he received a fellowship from Baylor College of Medicine in 2011. He served for two years on the board of the Texas Neurological Society (TNS) for the past 2 years as Chairman of the Resident and Fellows section of TNS. He has been published and presented several times on topics ranging from neuromuscular disease cases to new treatments and technologies for stroke and even on the affects of spirituality on end of life decision making. While in medical school, Dr. Patton was involved in several political organizations in which he held positions such as Class Vice President of the class of 2005 for years one and two and was then elected to an executive board position as Organization of Student Representatives for the AAMC representing Wayne State. He holds a black belt in U.S. Yoshukai karate and is involved in a wide range of community service and political activities. He also enjoys playing basketball and golf.
