Office of Governance & Faculty Affairs
The Office of Governance and Faculty Affairs provides support for the TMHRI Board of Directors and its associated committees. These functions include managing the research credentialing process, the TMHRI membership process, TMHRI new employee and departmental orientations, and training/proficiency requirements of the annual focal point review processes.
Research Credentialing
The Research Institute credentialing process is designed to ensure that all research personnel, regardless of employment, undertaking research efforts within the Methodist Hospital System are registered with TMHRI and have completed necessary training requirements for research personnel. Forms and information can be found within the research credentialing module of MORTI. Research Institute Membership
TMHRI membership is open to all members of the medical staff whether or not they have an academic affiliation. Specifically, one need not be a member of the Methodist Physician’s Organization or have a Weill Cornell appointment to become a member of the Research Institute.
