The I CARE In Action program offers Methodist employees a unique opportunity to help make a difference in our greater Houston community by encouraging its employees to volunteer their time and provide their expertise and passion to assist others.
Methodist grants eligible employees some paid time to volunteer at approved community organizations because community service is viewed as a demonstration of our I CARE values. Employees who volunteer their time to approved organizations will also have opportunities to be recognized at the department level, hospital and system level for support of the I CARE in Action Program.
