The Methodist Hospital System (TMHS) Community Benefits Program provides direct and in-kind funding on an annual basis to local non-profit agencies dedicated to providing healthcare services to financially indigent patients.
For 2012, the grant is providing more than $5.3 million to local non-profits that are committed to enhancing the overall health and well being of the Houston community. Click the application link to download the form.
