Welcome to Methodist Connect – a secure electronic means for your doctors to manage and coordinate your health care. You will be automatically enrolled in Methodist Connect when you register at any of our hospitals. Your participation will help enable all of your Methodist care providers to securely and efficiently manage your health care. The Methodist Hospital System is dedicated to maintaining your medical records and keeping your health information private and secure in accordance with federal and state regulations.
Patients who do not want their medical information to be electronically accessible to authorized health care providers via Methodist Connect may choose not to participate or to "opt out" of being included. If you do choose to opt out of the Methodist Connect system, health care providers may be limited in their ability to coordinate your care and in their access to your latest health information.
