The Methodist Center for Sports Medicine will hold sports injury clinics every Saturday, August – November 2013 and every Monday, September - November 2013. These clinics will provide onsite injury evaluation and diagnosis by a physician, on site physical therapy and athletic training services.
To better serve you, clinics will be held at five locations throughout the Houston area. Saturday clinic hours are 8-10:30 a.m. in Baytown, Sugar Land and West Houston, and 8:30-11 a.m. in Willowbrook. Monday clinic hours are 4-6:30 p.m. at the Houston Amateur Sports Park (HASP). Please bring a completed claim form and any additional insurance information. Parents are encouraged to be present.
