The Guest Relations Department is a group of Patient Liaisons that are responsible for helping patients with any questions or concerns that may arise during or after their admission. A patient liaison is available for all patients Monday - Saturday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
In order to make your time with us as comfortable and successful as possible, we feel it is important to establish a mutually supportive and cooperative relationship between you and those who will be providing your care. Therefore, it is important for you to be aware of your rights and responsibilities as a Methodist Sugar Land patient.

If you have any special requests, questions or concerns about your care, please contact the Guest Relations Depattment at 281-274-7806.
If you have brought forward any concerns, your concern will be investigated by the appropriate hospital departments and the results will be given to the Quality Management Department.
The Guest Relations Department will send a resolution letter to you with the investigative results, date of completion and contact person within seven days. In some cases, investigations may take longer; however, we will keep you informed if this is the case.
