The West Houston and Katy communities immediately benefit from access to our full service, state–of–the–art diagnostic and treatment facility which has more capabilities than any other healthcare facility in the community. In addition to providing the highest quality healthcare services, Methodist West Houston is an innovative six–story building that reflects and enhances Methodist's patient experience philosophy and the concept that the patient's visit is considered a journey.
The unique building design creates an open, healing and spiritual environment by maximizing natural daylight for our patients and visitors. The atrium allows natural light to reach all patient rooms while maintaining efficiency for improved patient service. Large, comfortable patient rooms have been designed to promote patient safety. The rooms have relaxing family areas with subtle lighting, warm materials, and personalized greeting boards – further enhancing the hospitality–like environment.
Room Service
Room service is an innovative concept in patient meal service offered at Methodist West Houston. Traditionally, patients have had to plan their meals 24 hours in advance. With room service at Methodist West Houston, you can order a meal that complies with your specific dietary and nutritional needs and have it arrive promptly and directly to your room. Room service now gives our patients more flexibility in both selection and time of meal service while striving to achieve the highest level of service possible.
Pastoral Services
For your spiritual needs, professional chaplains and a beautiful chapel located on the first floor adjacent to the atrium are available to you 24 hours a day.
