The Department of Neurosurgery is committed to improving the outcome of neurosurgical disorders by providing highly skilled compassionate care by a team of experienced neurosurgeons, with a record of outstanding outcomes in the treatment of cranial, spinal and peripheral nerve disorders.
The most advanced surgical equipment and techniques are available to our patients in neuroradiology, in the operating rooms and in the intensive care units. Daily rounds, lectures, and seminars keep the staff of the Institute abreast of advances in neuroscience. Clinical trials of new therapy and basic research into the causes of neurological illness, particularly in the areas of brain tumors, stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders and trauma to the brain and spinal cord, assure our patients of the best in treatment.
