The San Jacinto Methodist Hospital Center for Rehabilitation offers patients individualized care in a treatment program planned and implemented by a team of highly-trained professionals who share a special spirit of caring.
Our mission is simple. To serve, heal and educate by minimizing or preventing functional disability caused by disease, trauma, aging and congenital or developmental conditions.
Our approach is unique. Within this 24-bed unit, patients benefit from an interdisciplinary approach to rehabilitation. Our team members work together with the patient and the patient's family to develop a tailored plan meeting specific goals.
To provide continuity of care, the patient's personal physician is consulted. The entire team meets weekly with the patient and his family to monitor the progress made, and to discuss the best methods available for reaching patient and family goals.
