Neuro Nursing Residency Program

This program is designed for the novice neuroscience nurse or the acute care/critical care nurse who desires to enhance their knowledge of neuro anatomy and physiology and neuro pathologies to improve their ability to care for patients with real or potential neurological deficits or processes. The Methodist Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Texas Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

Earn up to 22.8 contact hours upon successful completion of this activity. Successful completion requires attendance to at least one day of the activity in its entirety and completion of the evaluation tool. (Day 1: 7.6 contact hours, Day 2: 7.6 contact hours, Day 3: 7.6 contact hours).
