Friends in Service

Volunteer Services image

Adults who wish to invest a substantial amount of time and commitment become Friends in Service. This program is ideal for students pursuing academic preparation, community members seeking personal enrichment and perhaps former patients wishing to give back.

Volunteer opportunities around the hospital include but are not limited to: patient services liaisons, visitor consults, therapeutic healing projects, horticulture therapy and hospitality.

Being dedicated volunteers, Friends of Service commit to at least 4 hours per week for at least six months.
