Methodist Wellness Services simplifies your health care, providing comprehensive health assessments and individualized, preventive wellness plans for you and your family. Our thorough evaluations offer a detailed overview of your health, yet are completed within one day – so there's no need to fit multiple visits into your busy schedule.

Our program provides you with access to primary, specialty and subspecialty medical consultations in a package designed to fit your unique needs and enhance your ongoing medical care. At The Methodist Hospital, you will receive an exceptional level of personal attention and world-class medical care from renowned physicians and other health care providers in a friendly, relaxing environment. One of our courteous staff members will be happy to assist you with medical appointments and arrangements before your arrival at Methodist. If needed, language interpretation and translation of medical records can be provided.

Executive Level Treatment

Our two assessment packages include the Comprehensive Health Assessment and the Premier Health Assessment. Both packages are designed to provide a detailed overview of your health, identify previously undetected issues and offer personalized tips for a healthier lifestyle. Either of these packages can be customized and upgraded by adding additional testing or services from our list of available options.

The Comprehensive Health Assessment, performed at our center, provides a broad variety of tests including a physical exam, laboratory tests and specialized assessments such as a health risk appraisal, vision and hearing tests and a treadmill stress test.

The Premier Health Assessment includes all of the tests administered in the Comprehensive Health Assessment, but offers enhanced amenities and services at The Methodist Hospital's Sue Fondren Trammel Pavilion. The Pavilion was created to provide patients the ultimate in comfort, service and privacy within a comprehensive medical unit. This elegant facility offers modern, technically sophisticated medical services and first-class amenities to match - from the exquisite cuisine specially prepared by the highly acclaimed culinary staff to the fully outfitted business center.

After Your Visit

Following your health assessment you will receive a complete written summary of your results, including copies of test results and specific recommendations. We will also be happy to forward a copy of the assessment to your physician, upon request.

Program Description

The Methodist Executive Health Program includes the following services:

  • A comprehensive review of your medical history and a complete physical exam by a physician
  • A full range of preventive screening tests for early detection and diagnosis of cancer, heart and lung disease, as well as other serious medical problems
  • Health risk and lifestyle assessment and consultation session
  • Health consultations available for accompanying family members
  • Complete written summary including specific recommendations

Our physicians will refer you to the appropriate specialist or work with you to develop a follow-up plan when a condition or illness needs attentions beyond the comprehensive physical and health assessment. The Methodist Executive Health Assessment is not meant to be a substitute for a private physician visit. You will receive a schedule of fees prior to choosing your program and services.
