Nutritional Consultations

Our nutritional consultations give you the opportunity to spend an hour with a registered dietitian and determine a healthy eating plan based upon your individual eating style. Participants will also learn more on nutrition-related health topics.

Diabetes Prevention and Management

With more than seven percent of Americans living with type 2 diabetes, and an additional 14 percent suspected to have pre-diabetes (according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), there’s a good chance you or someone you know is affected by this disease. Live Well, our diabetes prevention program, and Well Managed, our diabetes management program, help you reduce your health risks with changes in diet, exercise and behavioral habits.
