  • Participate in simple football drills with Houston Texans football Ambassadors
  • Learn a dance routine led by Houston Texans Cheerleaders
  • Get expert advice on preventing heart disease and stroke, maintaining a healthy weight, and learning the importance of exercise and mobility.
  • Take care of your body and mind with yoga demonstrations provided by Methodist Wellness Services.

Other activities include:

  • Informational health booths
  • Varicose vein and blood pressure screenings
  • Body fat assessment, flexibility test, chair massages and more!
