The next step toward achieving your weight loss goal is to attend a free information session where you will learn about treatment options offered at the Methodist Weight Management Center.
These sessions are held twice each week and normally lasts 60 to 90 minutes. Topics include:
- The VLCD liquid diet
- The three phase program
- How to get started
- Program cost
There is no obligation to join. Sessions are free and provide an opportunity to get answers to your questions. We want to help you decide which program is right for you.
